Outreach Program❤️ Today, May 29, the spirit of service and unity came alive at Sta. Catalina Bata Elementary School as the BSAU University Student Council, together with partner organizations, shared not only school supplies and meals but also hope, care, and kindness. Through the generosity and efforts of: • SAEE headed by Katherine Claudette Villena • STEMS led by Melvin Rivera • DevComSoc represented by Reynan Kerby • Alpha Phi Omega - Beta Iota Chapter we were able to bring smiles to the students and remind them that they are seen, valued, and supported by a community that believes in their dreams. Every notebook, pencil, meal, and shared laughter became a simple reminder that even the smallest act of compassion can make a lasting impact in a child’s life. Those who have not yet created an account are advised to sign up in advance. You may ask for assistance during clearance signing. USC officers will be available to help in case of any technical issues. ☑ Per BASC Alumni Association, you will need to pay your aslumni membership fee of 300 pesos, ID will be processed, and clearance will be signed. ☑ Requiring any materials or community service as a condition for clearance signing is prohibited, except for students with disciplinary cases. This also applies to Local Student Councils.

This is to inform everyone that the BASC Main Gate will be temporarily closed to all types of vehicles from April 8 to April 9, 2026, due to ongoing repair works to prevent possible accidents. No more Google Forms. In compliance with the new USC CBL, the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 is developing a fully digital system for the May 2026 USC elections. This system will feature an easy-to-navigate voting interface and will be secured through the USC Student Portal, ensuring that only registered students can participate. The system will be turned over to the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 by mid-April for testing. Election results will be generated instantly, while IT faculty and students will be granted access to review the results for transparency.
