The Balagtas Technical Vocational College Student Council (BTVC-SC) is an independent student organization of Bulacan Agricultural State College - BTVC Campus. It aims to unify student relationships and strengthen cooperation among students, faculty, and administration; undertake projects and activities for student welfare; develop future leaders; encourage student involvement in school activities; promote youth participation in nation-building; and lead by example through service.
