About

KAMPEE is the recognized student organization for Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) students at BASC–Balagtas Technical Vocational College (BTVC). Its preamble and objectives center on student representation and a collective voice for the BTVC–BEEd program; projects and activities for students’ benefit; developing future leaders; collaboration on healthy, worthwhile work; moral, intellectual, physical, and emotional support; coordination with other organizations; and environmental awareness among BTVC–BEEd students (from CBL).

Membership

130 members (application, A. Y. 2025–2026). Summary sheet totals by year show 42 + 22 + 14 for 2nd–4th years (78) plus 1st year TBA—use 130 if that is your OSAS figure.
CBL: Open to students officially enrolled at BASC–BTVC in BEEd. Mandatory contribution ₱70. 00 for the whole academic year (CBL Art. IV). Privileges: KAMPEE shirts (Tuesdays), officer shirts for core officers (CBL).
